Janíková, Alice ; Dlouhý, Martin (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
The theoretical part defines the ADHD concept, its causes, symptoms of this disorder and available treatment and aids to help a student with ADHD. Possible associated diseases are described as well. The paper also focuses on physical education, its history and development. The didactic principles of teaching physical education at initial stages of primary schools are also included. In the practical part, structured interviews with parents and teachers are used to identify problems that occur or may occur to students with ADHD during a physical education class, or at home. Physical education during a coronavirus pandemic was restrained, therefore the research tried to find out how those children were doing exercises and how the effort of the teachers looked like in respect to physical education. Based on these answers, a set of games / lessons was created that would help to prevent difficulties. Those activities should be designed to be manageable to practice them at home in the spaces between online lessons, even for ADHD students. The combination of personal experience and basic education about ADHD seems to be sufficient for working with children with ADHD at summer camps. 2. The participation of a child with ADHD at a summer camp does not significantly affect the functioning or the program of the camp. 3. Public awareness and attitudes of teachers to children with ADHD
JANÁKOVÁ, Aneta
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of public awareness and attitudes of teachers towards children with ADHD. The aim of my work was to find out how the public is aware of this issue and what influence the media have on the information provided. I also found out what experience and knowledge have with ADHD children kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part describes in more detail the issue of ADHD, from the beginning of the definition of ADHD to the current concept. The next chapters are devoted to the manifestations, causes and diagnostics of children with this syndrome. The whole theoretical part is completed with therapies that are used for the treatment and alleviation of ADHD symptoms. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first section is focused on kindergarten teachers, where I found out in the form of interviews what their experiences are with the education of children with ADHD and what attitude the teachers takes towards these children. These interviews were subsequently evaluated. The second section is focused on the public, which answered questions related to ADHD and the influence of the media in the form of a questionnaire. All the answers from the questionnaires were processed into graphs and then evaluated. The results showed that kindergarten teachers are sufficiently familiar with the issue of ADHD and know how to approach children with this disorder and educate them. Another part of the results shows that the public knows the issue of ADHD and can imagine what this disorder entails.

Aim: The main aim of the thesis has been to find out the benefit of the integration for a child suffering from ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in a setting of the specific kindregarten. The partial aim has been to trace up the potential changes in the boy's behaviour evoked by his attendance of the kindergarten and which working technique has influenced it the most. Methodics: In order to have all the exploratory questions answered in a proffesional way, the personal structured dialogue was held between the mother of the surveyed boy and the boy's kindergarten teacher Output: The output of the survey clarified that Adam has made a great progress in many fields, as stated by the mother and either by the kindergarten teacher. The most noticeable improvement has occured in Adam's concentration which was not good at the beginning of his kindergarten attendance, his apprehension to the needs of others has become really significant in comparison with the past in which he was concerned mainly about himself. Another aspect of Adam's possitive development regarding the kindergarten attendance is the ability to control his behaviour - "he tries to do his best", Adam has also started to follow the rules of coexistence significantly which he refused to accept at the beginning. The aim that has...
